To get started, read the principles. This is where I outline the big picture ideas that I have used to help make cooking a habit.
Get cooking
Next, pick a meal to try. One of mine, one I recommend or any other you are excited about and confident you can manage. Yeah, that’s right… one of the principles is don’t use a recipe. But these are very easy, flexible templates to get you started putting the principles into practice. The idea with these recipes is to use them and then lose them. Soon enough you will have a set that comes second nature and you won’t need the reciples.
